Lee and Stephen were the only ones who actually got up on the roof, took photos to show me exactly what needed doing, and even removed a loose tile that was hanging precariously before it had the chance to introduce itself to my alleyway! From the initial quote right through to completion, communication was excellent. They kept me updated every step of the way, returned to discuss different tile and ridge options, and even suggested removing the old chimney since it was no longer needed. The scaffolding went up, the old roof came off, the new roof went on, and the scaffolding was removed - all within just six days. Once everything was finished, Lee and Stephen came back to inspect the work with me and made sure I was completely happy before signing everything off. I'm absolutely delighted with my new roof and couldn't be happier that I chose Aclass Roofing NE. Well done, lads - you've absolutely nailed it!"
